At Handkrafty.com we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considerate, taking into account the unique nature of our products. Please review this policy to understand the terms and procedures for order cancellations.

Customized Products

Customized products are specially made to your specifications, and the production process often begins soon after the order is placed. Due to this, cancellations for customized products must be requested within a limited time frame:

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your customized product order within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours as the customization process will have commenced. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested beyond this period.

Non-Customized Products

For non-customized products, you have more flexibility to cancel your order. The following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your non-customized product order within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return policy for non-customized products to receive a refund.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at handkrafty17@gmail.com or call us at +91-7735933986 as soon as possible, ideally within the specified cancellation period. Include your order number and state your request for cancellation.
  2. Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation via email if it falls within the allowed time frame.
  3. Refund: If your cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Special Considerations

  • High-Demand Periods: During peak times (e.g., holidays, special events), the production process may begin immediately. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order during these times.
  • Partially Shipped Orders: If only part of your order has been shipped, we may still be able to cancel the unshipped items. Please contact us for assistance.
